Well, I need some Xp, so Im going through my quest list, and I see this one and it seems pretty simple, only one thing though, will it effect the questline?
Quest is The Moon Comes over The Tower

I lost no factional standing (not even sure he has a factional standing) and it did not disrupt my "The House Always Wins" quest line.
