» Thu Dec 10, 2015 11:20 pm 1) Vault-Tec paint not applying to armors....tried X-01 and T60. Applying it gives you the charisma bonus but the texture reverts to the same look as "no material mod".
2) After the silver shroud quest the dude never goes back on the radio and never upgrades the set....now at level 77 and still nothing....oh and YES I have saved the derp from the hostage situation at the end. I can sort of talk to him and all he ever says is that upgrades aren't ready.
3) After going into the institute with the help of the Minutemen if you take the tape to the BoS they'll accept it and let you progress with them until it's time to talk to Ingram about building Liberty Prime at which point the only conversation you can have with her is asking for the tape back to take to the Minutemen.....she agrees but nothing changes, talking to her again repeats the conversation and going to Sturges at the Minutemen does nothing as you can't talk to him at all.
4) Carla's pack brahmin tends to spawn on top or inside the building with the workbench at Sanctuary more often than not.
5) PAM stopped talking to me permanently after telling it I was from Vault 111 so I could never do the mission to get the ballistic fiber upgrades.
6) Ballistic fiber upgrade only available by working with the railroad.
7) Sentinel, Paladin, and Knight armor paints not available for X-01 armor.
8) most of the crappy buildings in most settlements that are riddled with massive holes and barely hold together cannot be scrapped.....especially painful in Sanctuary where most houses can't be touched and can't put door in door-frame either.
