Potential spoilers

I encountered some issues, when walking around in diamond city with Curie. She's no longer a robot but instead her consciousness and memories have been downloaded into a synth body. Which means she looks human. According to the rest of the story Synths are so indistinguishable from humans that nobody can tell them apart causing lots of tension and paranoia. And yet guards in diamond city can somehow spot that she's a robot instantly from 10 meters away and make snide comments about her such as "Why are you hanging around with a synth".

But worse still some are making robot comments about her such as "Nice robot did you build that yourself." that seem to imply that she's still in her mechanical form.
