I decided to catalog the bugs I've encountered and have been unable to fix (despite the lovely help of the bug forum, their stuff usually works).
ED-e -- surprised? I think not. This despicable little thing vanished with some of my gear, and the elevator ride did not fix it.
Arcade Ganon-- did not give me the dialog option to get the Tesla Armor in his quest, and now he won't talk to me and is in a permanently limping state.
Random vanishings-- several vital NPCs including colonel Moore have vanished without a trace.
[censored] Followers-- every single follower I get will eventually run off in a random direction and must be found using the elevator trick.

Note: these are still happening AFTER the worthless update. :brokencomputer:
