So I'm entering Markarth for the first time on this character, and a horde of vampires attack. Now a bunch of things could happen here. Either I die, and the game possibly crashes. Or I kill them all, but then I can't talk to any NPCs. I tried reloading saves, attacking NPCs and restating, to no avail. I tried fast traveling to see if this would fix, but it would crash if I fast traveled into a city. I fast traveled to the Whiterun Stables, and still couldn't talk to anyone. If I go into buildings it doesnt help either. This has been going on for about 2 hours.

How can I get a good picture of my Mod Load Order? I'm using NMM, but there's no way to fit all of them into a picture.
