After already playing over 100 hours of New Vegas upon picking it up in a Steam Sale, though I have hundreds more on the Xbox variant, I have tried almost every possible build and have come to the conclusion that my favorite playstyle is a stealthy/assassin one, complete with silenced weapons and no companions.

But, I'm curious what everyone's personal favorite stealth build, complete with weapons, armor, perks, etc. Now that I'm playing on PC, I would appreciate any and all suggestions for not only builds, but for mods or plugins that enhance the experience.
