As for myself on my Argonian Battlemage 'Dar-Marsh'.
I built my house in Falky because I love the view of the lake quite a lot... And fun to tease the bandit + necromancer neighbors. Marcurio is my steward for he looks like a 'steward' as well as being powerful and good for guarding my home. The extra wings I picked are the kitchen, greenhouse, and storage room. Storage room mostly for the back porch which I do tend to sit back and relax on quite commonly for the view. Kitchen for cooking/baking reasons and greenhouse for alchemy reasons, if the need arises. I've also built everything myself and the only the stuff I wanted. There was a lot of things I personally did not wanted that would've been added if I used the steward...
