You can definitely pick up bear traps. I don't know whether you can take them from room to room or out of dungeons, though.

Has anyone seen bear traps outside? like while traveling Skyrim Not inside/indoors? I could just walk them from where ever..

I can't think of a whole lot. I'm tryign to find the item code for it, you could just spawn some with the console, if you're on pc.

Well, if you don't visit it at least every 30 days, it will disappear. Unless it's in one of your houses.

Items dropped outside do not disappear.

You are thinking of un-safe containers.

Safe containers have a reset of a week I believe?

Please correct me if I am wrong.

An igloo made out of cheese wheels? That sounds deliciously difficult.

you must remember to surround it by a ditch full of clouds or was it clowns

This is what TES is all about :)

There were some great pillow forts built in Morrowind, other constructs too, sadly many the links are dead. Still, if you need a little inspiration this one is sweet http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QWcMYhf0UYQ (Warning: May contain crossbows!)

... And this is just amazing, a tower made from pillows and lanterns: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ua-njwMtLYg , so beautiful.

I agree with one of the older posters- dragon bones/scales dont move around too much; try them?

Moving the bodies around can be theraqeutic. I was looking for a guy for one quest; found him; he tried to kill me; I robbed him and threw his body in his own fireplace; left his servants on his dinnertable with food around them. I felt better.

Any Update on bear trap locations in Skyrim?

I attempted a cheese house. well, more like a cheese pile...Cheese is a horrible building material. Don't bother attempting a cheese build.

Dragon bones..I just can not find enough to warrant using them for my house... If there was a way to dupe on 360 I wouldn't have an issue.

Had a thought, has anyone found paint brushes? Remember in Oblivion you could scale anything with them because they floated in midair...has anyone found them or is there anything that floats in midair like the brushes? I want to make steps in my house...this would work perfectly!

I think I want to make some cages for all of the NPC followers. Have them follow me, make them wait as I build around them and then say I don't need them anymore.....this will be my greatest work!

Hmmm. If you are really ambitious you can jump into some dwermer ruins and use that stuff. Solid dweremer weighs 25, cogs are 10 and such. Levers or struts are 15.
Plus it willbe worth a fortune if you decide to forge stuff out of it.
You could have the most expensive house in Skyrim with ease!

My friend, I will have some pictures up by Monday. I am having issues with wild life and the lag is causing random pieces to fly and knock over my crap. I want to get a few shots of different thing I am working on because I know I am going to get flooded with "You should do this and that!"

and they will be bad cell phone pictures

Oh and you can surround the place with elemental runes to keep the critters out.
After enough time you may be able to start your own fur and hide business also!
