the basic idea is that they will be sniper class (uses guns and sneak) and will use the sniper/AMR (spec for both because I use them both equally) and the big boomer (unique sawn off shotgun, let's just say I have a ... thing, for sawn off shotguns in the apocalypse), they will wear reinforced leather armour/joshuas armour (depending on whether I'm using the sniper or AMR) and re-breather + hat/1st recon beret (again, depends on which sniper I'm using).

I always get my speech skill up to 100 eventually (It doesn't particularly fit my roleplay, but I like the options it opens up), but other than that I have no real need for charisma, and beyond implants I don't really care much for endurance as I usually try to avoid damage when I can. with the +2 strength from OWB I will meet the strength requirement for the AMR, better than using a point for weapons handling, my perception will be raised to 7 most of the time by my hat, and I like to have an intelligence of 6-7 because it opens up a lot of dialogue (and without said dialouge I always seem to feel like a complete [censored]), I was gonna have 6 int and 7 per but figured that a hat is a more reliable buff than chems, simply because a hat is practically a permanent buff. I'm not sure where I'll put my bonus point from LR, but I suspect that it'll go into perception. as for agility and luck... well it's always good to have a high agility and luck will be very beneficial for my sniper.
Implants : monocyte breeder, sub-dermal armour and implant M-5
for implants I just got whatever I thought would be useful seeing as how I didn't need any of the special implants.
traits: trigger discipline, built to destroy / kamikaze
I'm going to get trigger discipline because it's cons don't affect the sawn off and it's not all that bad on a sniper, the real issue here is that I don't know what other trait to get, I was thinking about built to destroy for the added crit chance, but the AP from kamikaze looks very appealing, I was also considering getting the small frame trait for the added agility, but I don't really need any more agility and crit chance is a much rarer bonus within the game.

for my perks I am trying to get good crits and good vats, because while I don't use vats a lot, it is incredibly useful for a sniper (IMO) at mid range after your stealth has been blown, and since my main weapons are pretty AP heavy i want to have as many AP as I can, I was also considering getting Logans loophole and dropping all the AP related perks, in favour of a constant supply of steady, but I figured that I don't really need steady and addictions are fairly easy to get rid of. I also did a lot to buff my sneak and speed, I do love my speedy crouch.
any feedback you guys can give me is much appreciated.
