Building a Modded T-51b

After Re-Playing Fallout 3, I noticed a few things that I wanted to do to a set of T-51b. I know this is in the NV section, but I play it more atm, and want to use this mod in NV.

I want to take a set of T-51b, Preferably Green, and add a Power Fist onto the Left Arm, that when unarmed, is fully funtional, and can be coupled with an equipable Power Fist on the RIght hand. The Armor's Build-in Power Fist will have a slot for the Pip-Boy to show through, and deal Electircal Damage, Like the Shocker did.

Additionally, I want to add the USA & Flag decal onto the back, and attath a Tesla Coil onto the back of the waistband.

Any ideas on how to accomplish the Power Fist?

I would try one of these two solutions

1) I would use the power fist mesh rigged as a glove addon for both the hands. Then a script OnEquip of that armor will check if I'm equipping a weapon or not. In case I'm not the script boosts the unarmed attack in some ways (via spell, perk or whatever). Basically I'm punching unarmed, but my gloves are power fists and a spell/perk/something is boosting the damage.

2) I would use the glove addon only for the left power fist (rigged as glove), then the script adds to inventory and equips automatically the right power fist. The pros of this are the sounds, the damage and everything else is already done, for the power fist attack. Basically I'm using the power fist as always, but I have another power fist rigged on the other hand, but it's just for show
