i) I gather it doesn't matter what my skill level is, when I am creating items, it would appear an Iron Dagger is an Iron Dagger, my skill level level only matters when I improve it?

iii) If i put 2 enchantments of fortify 1 handed on a ring, will they stack?

iv) I dont understand the math behind the power of the soul gem, used in creating magic items, to be blunt, would a maxed out black soul gem, give me a better toy, it does not appear so?

v) does improving a weapon on the anvil, also improve the magic boost, would i be better to forge my weapon, magic it, then improve it, or does it not make any difference what order you do it in?

vi) Is there a smelter in Solitude? If not where is the nearest one?
