So I came to think of the fact that I'll be running around with two different Ultimates, one per weapon/hotbar. But my question is, will they charge up simultanously or individually depending on which hotbar I'm using?

You only have one ultimate pool. If you have 150 ultimate build up, and for example we will say you are using meteor, you cant cast it. However, let's say you are also using Dawnbreaker, you can switch your skillbar over and you will still have 150 ultimate and can use that ultimate ability.

At least, to my knowledge, I think that is how it works.

I wonder if an UI mod could visualize the ultimate pool in a bar with indicator of both ultimate skills requirement on the bar.

Ofc it can and it wouldn't be too difficult to make tbh. I think Tamriel Foundry has something similar with one of their own addons already, atleast it's showing a value for how far off you are from being able to use the current Ultimate, and, just adding the second Ultimate next to the icon itself doing the same thing wouldn't be too difficult to add.

But knowing that it's a shared Ultimate pool opens up for so many more possabilities gameplay wise. Me like!

Oh. I used 'ftc'from foundry. However, the ultimate point and percentage is way of I think and it's not like a bar.
