Builds thread?

Post your builds here, or what you want to build in the future.

Rate others, but be nice please!

Ill go first, my first guy is almost done and he is very middle of the road, and wasn't (and still isn't) very good at any one thing.

Please post the S.P.E.C.I.A.L score you will start with, traits (if any) and perks you plan to take, and at what level. Tagged skills?
What the build is for and how good you think it will do.

Here is my next planned character, sneak and long range spec-ops type.

S: 9 I want the max to carry up items. I hate leaving things behind. I tried a lower score in Fallout 3 for roll playing purposes and I just get pissed when playing the game so 9 I set for NV.
P: 4 I hate seeing the red blips when they are far away, so I try to keep this low.
E:9 I wanted the best health since I died alot in Fallout 3.
C: 1 I find it useless in Fallout 3 and most games, so I don't bother with it here.
I:9 since I have low C and L might as well use the extra points into the areas I will be weak in like Barter and Speech.
A: 7 left over points.
L: 1 I hate bullet sponges so I will not put up the difficulty slider, but this should make the game harder since if I have companions they will be weaker and can die (playing hard core) and I don't get bonuses.

I don't put anything to 10 because I believe there is a way to increase your stats by 1.

I am Good Natured to make the weapon skills a bit low and the other skills a bit higher. I also picked the Wild Wasteland as well for some comedy. So far I am glad I did.

For the Tags, I picked Guns, Surivial and Repair.

Well, you can take 10 levels (wasted IMO) of training and get 10 special points. There are also implants.
Speaking of implants. I need to add them to my builds.

I did something similar, but I used 8 instead of 9 except agility, where I put a 7. The Intense training perk I took 4 times since most of the perks so far are Meh at best. Also took Kamikaze and Fast trigger as traits.

I tagged Science, Lockpicking, and Repair. I picked up the perks Educated for skills, and one other first level perk. Once I got lockpicking and science to 90 I started dumping skills into sneak and guns and are working on building them up right now.
