Bullseye Perk

I'm finding that this "perk" is more of a drawback than a perk. When I'm sneaking through a dungeon, one-shotting most enemies with a Legendary Auriel's Bow and Ebony arrows (x3 sneak bonus) then it's really annoying when they just fall over alive but paralyzed, and typically behind some cover. I have to wait for them to stand back up and try again. At least they haven't detected me, so I'm not losing the sneak bonus for the second attempt.

So should I use the console to remove the perk, or there a way to control it that I haven't noticed? It would be useful for bosses that need more than one arrow, but I'd like that choice in my own control.

You get a similar problem if you give a staff with paralyze effects to a follower (in addition to the times when you "just happen"to be in line with the target). I'd use the console and remove the perk. It's too bad that dragons seem to automatically detect sneaking or invisibility: it'd be kind of fun hitting one in midair and watchinghim crash land with almost full health just to see what kind of damage he would take.

As it happens, I just came across a decent bow with a paralyze enchantment. I can carry that for the times I need it, and lose the perk.
