Bummer

Spent $15 and can't even find consistent servers housing DLC. Barely anyone that plays in my time zone has the DLC and the weapons are already banned on most non DLC servers so that leaves me $15 spent for a few days of DLC play.

I should have been smarter than to buy the DLC right off, jokes on me.

Hey where do you live. I see the longhorn as your profile pic. Imma guess Texas? That's where I live and I haven't purchased the dlc for the very two reasons you mentioned. I thinks it's a good thing that the dlc weapons are being banned. They are way too op and Crytek obviously has no plans to nerf them. It is a shame though because I really wanted to see those beautiful maps. I may buy the dlc so I can host private matches between me and my friends.

the dlc has killed the game pretty hard.. It's really unfortunate.

Actually I think it was more of what patch 1.4 did, but that's just my opinion.

I think the splitting of the playerbase has had a similar effect to decapitation.

I can't play well because I don't have a good mouse atm. That's unrelated to the DLC tho

Well the few servers I actually can join that have DLC when I play are European and I am the only one with ping over 175, rest have 80 or less, and it's almost not playable. The Europeans that do play are usually the vets that are pretty good so that ping difference only makes it worse. Also, the server is never full, maybe half or a little over half by the time I join. Since the maps are so big it's not fun with only 8 people running around trying to find eachother.

Okay, now I'm complaining lol, I'll stop for now.

Yes, I live in Austin TX.

I think we should reduce the amount of DLC servers drastically.

And list the server location in the server thread.
