why don't I get the workshop at bunkerhill after the quest "the battle of bunker hill" ???

I sided whit the Brotherhood of steel.

From what I recall, the brotherhood brassed up bunker hill pretty well in my game.

What sort of relationship have you got with the Bunker Hill mob, have you done quests for them?
