Burden to Bear id

Does anyone one know the id for Burden to Bear. Wiki has only xx00c250. Second were can you find these ids with out going to Wiki?

All DLC content IDs have 'xx' in front, it's the load order of the DLC. So if your load order for Lonesome Road (where I think the perk comes from?) is 07, then the full ID code is 0700c250.
