Hi guys I was just wondering what business running mods there are for Fallout where you either run a shop or town or farm, anything that you can make a profit of or has a decent questline.

None that i'm aware off. Not that you can 'run' to make money from. So it will be interesting to see if any were made? There are various economy enhancement and tweak mods, FWE includes a bunch of them.
