But... I... I live here...

Post » Tue Dec 17, 2013 8:55 am

My character married Morwen and moved in with her.
My character uses the bed and now I keep being asked to leave, I can't use the bed anymore and I can't use the wait feature when in the house. :(

Maybe Morwen is up to something... Maybe she's keeping secrets... Why else would she kick her wife out for nothing.

Unless... http://i.imgur.com/fDm4Viz.jpg Maybe he knows... I mean look at the face on him. They must be up to something.

Why is this happening :(

It never ceases to amaze me how many guys playing Skyrim opt for the lisbian marriage. :)

It feels more normal. I have no problem with gay marriage, but my male characters can't marry other males. It's just a little wierd.

Male-Female marriage, normal.

Female-Female marriage, feels a bit better.

Male-Male marriage, no. It's just strange.

Erik Boneshield, my male Nord, would like to disagree with you!

And how exactly is it strange for a man to marry another man, but it's perfectly fine for a woman to marry another woman? To be OK with gay marriage, to me, is to be OK with both aspects of it.

Hey thats ok, Pinemoon cave? You know the one a certain court wizard asks you to clear, as in the one full of a certain type of blood svcker and no I am not referring to lawyers, you know that cave?

Yeah, I decided to use one of the cots to rest a whole day after shadowcloak of nocturnal wore off after killing the two wolves in the first room.

Guess what message I get?

You think getting the being asked to leave message in your own home is bad? Try getting it in a vampire infested cave that nobody should be claiming ownership of.

Yes I think it is a bug that extends to more than just certain houses. Good thing I have not gotten it in any of my own houses although Jordis seems to think I am going to cause trouble every time I enter Proudspire never mind that I own the house and that I am her thane (the guy living in the house in Windhelm is no better). probably just the houses owned by the spouse that you get the message with although it has not happened to me . . . yet . . . and I hope it never does but I am prepared to not be surprised if it does.

If you need to just move Morwen to one of your houses on mainland Skyrim.

^ I do suspect a glitch, however, Michaelpk. I wonder if you can buy another house and move her there? Would that fix it?

@ Shadow- So it's OK for lisbians to marry, for straights to marry, but totally not OK for gay guys to marry? Yep, sounds like you totally don't have a problem with gay marriage.

@ Michael- I see. Well, sorry that it's happening to your character. :[ Wish I could help you.

In which case it is a good idea to buy a house and move her there just in case.

And the reason I brought up Pinemoon is because what the op described is similar to what happens to me whenever I go there.

I am also pretty sure it may have happened when I went to a Dwemer ruin once too.

Also the word gay has more than one meaning.

Oh and one more thing, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2s13X66BFd8 tonight ok guys?

I solved it.

while in Morwen's house I saved then quit to xbox home and loaded it again. it didn't fix it.
I left the house then entered. It didn't fix it.

It's because she wants to get that elf stink out of her house and wash the taste from her mouth with some sixy Skaal stache

Unlike the Nords of mainland Skyrim the Skaal are a lot more tolerant of the other races.

Although Ulfric and his father may have kept the Argonians in the Argonian assemblage for a certain reason but that point is off topic so I am not going to say any more than that.

My point is that the Skaal believe that you are essentially a friend until you wrong them. I can totally see the next group of Thalmor entering their village getting a beat down by angry Skaal

Exactly, Altmer kidnapped her fellow blacksmith so naturally Mer have left a bad taste in her mouth just like most other humans.

Nah, the Skaal are not stupid and they do not hunt just for trophies (sure they have animal heads mounted in their houses and great hall but said heads are still not going to waste, they are being used to make the great hall look nicer) but again the Skaal are not stupid, they had to have heard about the great war in fact Morwen is specifically stated to have at least one parent who was from the mainland and one who was a Skaal. She says it herself and even after that incident with the Thalmor the Skaal are perfectly fine with an Altmer Dovahkiin, A Bosmer Dovahkiin, A Dunmer Dovahkiin, or an Orsimer Dovahkiin walking into their village to buy Stahlrim or other stuff from them, and still perfectly fine with buying stuff from the Dovahkiin. They are also content with Neloth walking around them and we all know what Neloth is like, then again who could hate Neloth? Ulfric would hire the guy as an advisor because Neloth would just say one sarcastic remark to Ulfric and Ulfric would probably hire him so that point about Neloth might not be much of anything but the thought of Ulfric bringing Neloth tea is humorous.

The Skaal also seem content with the Dunmer at Raven Rock living nearby so there is another point to this discussion.

Actually now that think about it . . .

A mod to make Neloth the high king of Skyrim because Ulfric demands it.

Someone do it now.

and don't forget the tea

and do not forget the canis root

especially do not forget the canis root.

Didn't you just start this character? How did you get high enough level to survive that area to even meet your wife?
