Hey guys, when I was playing fallout last night I went to the Muddy Rudder to add Butch as a follower. I had all the requirements. I had a neutral karma, completed the quest "Trouble on Homefront" and yet when I went to talk to him he was not responding. All that showed up was a blank text box. Any thoughts? Help? Please.

EDIT: Furthermore, I did save Butch's mother from the Radroaches.
