Buy Skyrim for PC only!

Post » Mon Dec 12, 2011 6:51 am

If you have nice hardware it runs flawlessly. I have not had any problems. Beautiful graphics. The landscape is the most realistic of any game ever created. Vast interactive world. Great lore.

Buy it. Completely worth it.

1000x better than Oblivion.

Okay... I would kind of assume that MOST of us already have it, but I do agree. Get it, and if you can run it, get it for PC.

I'm a pc user and the ONLY real advantage of having pc is without a doubt: Mods. Sure, the graphics are better but not obscenely better.

Someone hasn't used an FXAA injector.

Game looks amazing with such a simple mod.

THen there is Nvidias SSAO support.

Yeah, I have Nvidia Inspector that lets you enable SSAO. Looks great with it. Btw, the new Nvidia drivers now has SSAO support for Skyrim.

223 hours logged game time. PC. There are too many bugs for me to list. OP, how many hours do you have invested?

I found the latest patch improved my performance quite noticeably, anyone else experiencing the same thing? I would wager that I managed at least 10 extra fps on the same settings. Good stuff.

Sorry, not buying it. Take a pic of your Miscellaneous inventory and post it.

take a pic of your Miscellaneous quest log and post it.

-thanks.

Tons and I mean literally TONS of bugs exist. Also, 16gb of ram, and unless you are using a patched .exe, it really means nada. -not to burst your bubble ;p

/edit
and by patched .exe I mean the modder made .exe, not a steam/beth one.

It's running a GeForce 6150 LE and a AMD Athlon Duel Core 2.1GHz . I have no knowledge of computer parts quality or anything, so I'm guessing my computer is a dinosaur. :D

To top it all off my mom bought me a Dell laptop last year with an Intel-HD graphics card :brokencomputer:

Ah well. It's good at what she bought it for; typing essays and making powerpoints. :tops:

Why should he have to prove anything to you? You don't believe him, fine - just another person on the list of people on the internet who doesn't believe him. Just because the majority of the people on forums are whining about bugs does not mean everyone is encountering them.

It just means the ones that aren't have better things to do in Skyrim.
