Buying a house in Skingrad Bug : IV

I missed Oblivion so I re-installed it after a few years.

Now I encountered a unique bug. A google search found lots of bugs where the Orc Buttle dies, but none where he flat out refuses to sell me the house in Skingrad. No option to actually buy the house. Shum gro-Yarug's disposition is well over 70 and my reputation is over 30.

I can choose between:

"I dont think I'm ready to buy"

or

"25.000 is too rich for my blood"

That's it. No third option.

So... Any thoughts on what I should do?Any console command I can use?

You need to get his disposition over 70 and have Fame of at least 15

Oh, sorry. I missed that.

I'm not sure then. Try leaving the cell, waiting a day, and talking to him again.
I've had that fix dialog bugs before.

That didnt work... but i managed to bypass the problem.

I use the console command: "setstage houseskingrad 10" and bypassed the dialog completely.

As a side effect, i seem to have lost ALL my gold. WTH?! Nothing an additem F cant fix.

Now i'm going to throw that useless Orc of the Skingrad Bridge, resurrect him, and throw him off again. And again. And again. Ad Nauseum!

You should be able to buy the house with the console command

setstage HouseSkingrad 10
