Bwaahaha! ROFLMAO! Best quote in Skyrim yet! *no spoilers!*

Post » Fri Dec 16, 2011 6:47 am

Ok, unlike SOME people on the interwebs, I won't give away any spoilers with this tidbitc but I just have to share it cause its so funny and its another reason why this game is so damn good.

I dunno why it was so dang funny, maybe it was the setting and the fact that it came from an orc with a serious attitude problem and the way the voice actor put in the sarcasm into his voice, but I burst out laughing so hard actually had to pause the game for a bit. In nearly 75 hours of playing this game, this is by far the funniest thing i've heard an NPC say.

Me: "What do you think or know about *blank*?

Orc: "Seems like every day there is another worker running off to join the *blank* and swearing alliegance to them. You don't like the *blank*? Fine. But pledging your entire life to killing them? That's just dumb....."

I don't get it.

EDIT: My favourite quote is the one when Urag the orc says: "Even if we had an Elder Scroll, we'd have it under the best security. The greatest thief in the world wouldn't be able to lay a finger on it."

No, the best quote was from a guard commenting on Mehrune's Razor: "Wow, who did you have to kill to get that blade?" :lmao:

I think it's safe to say people don't seem to connect with your sense of humor.

Ok

Thanks for all the one word answers you contribute to the forums.

And I don't really get it, but I'm sure it was pretty funny when the Orc actually said it

I used to be a *blank* like you, but then I took a *blank* to the *blank*.

Leave out too much information and it just isnt the same anymore :(

when i encounted that quote in-game, i smiled. i didn't have to stop playing because i was laughing so hard, or anything like that. it was humorous, but your over-reacting just a wee bit...or a lot.

The best ones are when a guard is commenting on the mace of molag bol:
"That mace..get...get it away from me!"

and when you're in the brotherhood:
"Psst... I know you, hail sithis!"

not to mention:
"no loligagging"

loli...gagging *chuckle*
