i fill c3EAI like this :

-Game port : 1


-Http port : your Rcon port given by your hoster +1
Often it's 64100 or 64200
So, you fill with 64101 or 64201

You're talking about a Rcon 64010. Then, if right, you have to fill with 64011.
Check informations from your hoster and just add 1 like below.
