TheBlackDath, the creator of C2EAI just released the new version of his own RCON tool to manage our Crysis 3 servers. The download link is at the bottom of this post.

Mine fails to connect. is there anything special needed in the server's command line?

You've to start the CryHttp server.
http_password = "....."
http_startserver port:PORT_NUMBER

P.S. Atm the tool is not able to connect if you are behind a proxy.
