when the weird guy gave me the mark of caesar on the strip, i shot him to death, after that, i killed several more legion people, but they shouldn't still attack me when i go to the fort with the mark, because im not attacking them, and i dont have any companions. right? but they did, and now i killed everyone in the fort, except for caesar, and i can disquise myself so he wont attack, but all it lets me do is zoom in on his face, it wont load the dialog box. it stays zoomed for a few seconds, then zooms out! i want to talk to him to wipe my slate clean, and so i can kill him later, but it won tlet me! what should i do? my current game time is 39:46:18, abd the only other manual save i have is at 6:8:52!!! help me please

I dunno about the second bit, that sounds like a bug, but you shouldn't have killed any legion after getting the mark of Caesar if you intended to work with them. It's not a carte blanche to do what you like, and the guy who gives you the mark warns you as much. They forgive your crimes once and only once, it's not an invitation they extend over and over. You'll just have to side with another faction instead.

You killed Vulpes, the entire fort except Caesar and expect to be able to follow through on the Legion questline?

yeah it's impossible. Et Tumor, Brute? for example involves dialogue with Lucius (a guy you killed) and it's a part of the main CL questline.
