Call of Duty Discussion

Just got a couple of boosters. One was 15 and 0 and I threw a little C4 up to him in case he was hungry.

I heard they have a hankering for .50 caliber sniper rounds.

I give 'em something they don't find tasty... M240 bullets, and lots of 'em.

I REALLY hope they make the next call of duty better. This game has honestly made me lose almost app respect for the call of duty franchise. It has so many problems! I did a few studies today:
in a 6 player tram, from my games today there was an average of 3 players camping on that team. There was an average of 1 noob tuber per gAme, and 1 quick scoper or knifer. That's an average of only one normal player per game! 46% of my deaths were campers, 37 was noobtubers, and about 5 percent was knifer. That's not even mentioning the bad spawns. I hade a game today where I started off 10-0, ended up 10-7 in under a mi utr because of spawns. Thus game has the worst spawns I have EVER seen

I don't understand why everyone hates campers. Its what all you snipers should be doing but everyone seems to get pissed at them. Campers are easily combated because you know where they are. Noobtubes are also something that confuses me. Everyone noob tubes and if you say you don't then your lying. The only bad part about this game are spawn campers and runners. I don't like runners just because it seems that they can run through bullets to knife even if I am spraying them they some how find a way to get beyond my hail of bullets and knife me. Spawn campers are just the dirtiest players in the game. Its the most ridiculous way to play and if I see it happening I quit the game, simple as that.

I have found that if you want to rack up FMJ kills quickly with a sniper rifle that Scrapyard is an excellent map. The mullions in the windows mean that you can break each piece of glass individually. One shot cracks the glass, but doesn't shatter it, so you can get twelve FMJ kills per closed window.

Highrise is great for this too. I have found the easiest place to get FMJ kills is on Sub Base. During Demolition match go to B site and get into the room with the chain link fence in it and shoot through that fence. If your lucky and get a stupid team as opponents or a team thats willing to work together for you you can easily get 10 bullet penetration kills right there. If you are sniper the same principle applies just sit on the roof across from the room and aim through the fence into the door way. There is a1 or 2 spots on every map that if done right can get you a fair amount of penetration kills.

So I just jumped into a game where everything was sped up. And I mean I was running across Afghan like the Flash. I hate hacks.

That's called"Ice Rink" I believe my friend told me. Never played a match myself, but watched my friend's brother play one on Search and Destroy. He sniped somebody into last stand and the guy crawled to the other side of the map before he could finish him.

i killed a booster today, they were hiding out behing a shed near the big house in estate, he was too busy killing his mate that he didnt notice me stick a knife in his face. Ah i love throwing knives. Ive got mastery for all assualt rifles apart from the fal, which seems difficult to get fmj kills with partly because you can't spray fire.

If they were nuke-boosting, I would've waited until he had 24 kills then stuck a knife into his back.

Been playing hardcoe TD. I appreciate the absence of the tomfoolery you'd see in other game types. Teamkillers piss me off like no other though :swear:

If you're not the one hacking, but you participate in it, could your console be banned?

Nah. It's not like you deliberately picked out that particular server. The hacker would be the only one who gets in any serious trouble.

EDIT: Well apparently it's a "glitch" or so some people say.

I've pretty much decided now that I'm going to trade this in for Bad Company 2 next week. This game could have been so much better, but there are just too many niggling issues that hold it back. The main thing that is really getting to me at the minute is the ridiculous amount of connection issues. The matchmaking system is truly the worst matchmaking system I have ever used. Why IW couldn't stick with what worked in CoD4 I'll never know.

dont look too bad, you may want heartbeat sensor instead of red dot, i found the irons easy to use for the TAR-21.

If I could go booster hunting, I'd get a Predator Missile, save it, and when the dying booster is almost near the killing booster I'd use it and kill both of them with it.

Or maybe get a Sentry Gun, sneak up to them, kill them, then set up the gun in their spot.

If only :sadvaultboy:

The problem is that boosters usually use Cold Blooded, making sentries useless, and Predator missiles difficult.

@spork, just read up on TAR-21 on wikia, if you use bling, and have the holographic sight with the heartbeat sensor, youcan still see the sensor pretty well while aiming down the asight, making the Mars sight pretty good, but that would sacrifice your scavenger, and thats not good...i suggest using heartbeat sensor, but red dot does seem good at the moment.

Also often times they do it inside, which makes that hard.

Yeah. There are challenges to get double kills with the C4, RPG's, and claymores, I would use the boosters to earn these titles. Right now I look for boosters so I can complete the Darkbringer challenge.
