Camera position and interaction issues.

Hi.

I've just reinstalled Skyrim as I kinda borked my game with too many mods.

I've reinstalled some mods, pretty much your standard improvement mods with the exception of one or two new ones, however when I started my game I noticed that in 1st person view my characters view point is about 12 feet high, and NPC's recognise this and look up to me. In Helgan as soon as I was able to move, the camera went nuts. It started pointing straight up or down if I tried to move forwards or backwards and I needed to basically try and look at the ground when moving forwards and this would kinda balance the camera in the middle. Also if I keep moving my mouse to look down I'll keep on going until I'm basically bent over double with my head between my legs and I'm looking behind me, and when I'm looking just past straight down I see my arms and they're no where near where my head would be.

Also, in 1st person, while it may seem that I'm about 12 feet tall, I can walk through doors as if I'm normal sized, it just seems to be the point of view which is borked, but even the NPC's will look up to speak to me.

On top of this interaction is very buggy, in 1st person I need to be very close to the item and point the cursor below the item by quite a bit to get the interaction option, and in 3rd person I literally have to be standing on top of the item and look down on it to interact.

Now the only new mods I've installed which I think could be causing this is a race hight mod and I've tried uninstalling it, deleting my skyrim.ini and starting a new game and the same thing happens.

Does anybody have any idea what is causing this as I'd really like to start playing again but in its current state that's just no possible.
