Bug:

Here's the problem I believe:

In the Helios One quests, I elected to play bad and turned on the Archemedies Laser and lased all the NCR Soldiers Outside. BOOM. All dead. Lots of Service Rifles and Armor After that!

Now, of course the NCR "shuns" me and keep sending NCR Rangers after me, telling me I "have 3 days to improve my relations with the NCR or I'll be dead".

So I went to Camp Forlorn and started a couple of quests:

One, the Doc thinks someone is stealing his medical supplies and tells me to "ask around". I can't find who did it. (Where to look and who to ask please?)

Two, Meyerrs tells me a supply convoy went missing between Camp Forlorn and Helios One, and to look between the two points, search the "main road", or go to Helious One and ask around. Problem with going there, is well, I killed everyone with the laser previously. So now, there are just a couple of Legion troopers there and nothing else, the whole base is deserted. So that option is out. Where on the "main road" is what I need to find?!?

1. There's 2 NCO's on the base somewhere. When I found them, they were sleeping in the barracks. Talking to one will lead you to a conversation tree saying he saw another trooper out at night. He's the one you want. Alternatively stake out the tent around 2am.

2. hm, a bit tricky to describe without a way point. Start from the camp, and take the exit out like you're trying to walk to Helios 1. Go south west, and go towards the hillish valley area. Should be somewhere around there. It's fairly near the base, so if you're closer to Helios 1 than Hope, you've got too far.

Got the 2am stakeout complete. Ended up talking to the doc again, and asked a few more questions. He suggested staking out the tent and midnight (though have to wait until 2am until Private Stone sneaks in and tries to steal them). Thanks for the info though.

Now, to try and find those supplies....
