I killed Boxcars, first of all but he came back later? I went into to Ncr Storage room in the the bottom of the church and hacked the pc without talking to logan beacuase I cant. Then I went to Nipton and talked to the brought back to life again- Boxcars. And I couldn't speak to him about the radiation suits. I'm on xbox360 and can't figure out what to do. Without the suites I cant get the key to the police station or firehouse to get Knock Knock.

kill logan then you will get the keys you need.

nope logan has no keys sorry but I did try that method. And pickposcketing to no avail.

You could go to the supply cave in the mountains behind Nipton to see if the needed quest radiation suit is there. Only the quest suit works for the quest. You can't substitute any other radiation suit. If the suit is there then you're good to go. If it isn't there than I suggest to go back to a save game or play the PC version (maybe a gaming laptop instead of an xbox).

You killed Boxcars. Even if he glitched and came back to life on your xbox, chances are the quest trigger that allows you to talk to him is still set to not be available. That would be my inexpert guess, at least.
If killing Logan doesn't get you a key and you can't get the suits to spawn in the cave, and you're not on a PC, reloading is likely your only option.

I visited the Hidden Supply Cave before I acquired this quest.

I just went directly to the cave since I already knew where it was. The quest radiation suit was in there. I picked it up and finished the quest. I don't remember if I talked to Boxcars or not.

Yes, the quest is bugged. If you kill Boxcar or Give him med-x before the quest, the radiation suit will not be there (Hidden Supply Cave). Killing logan & the prospectors should still get you the keys to the Police Station & Firehouse.

Reloading unfortunately is not a option but thankyou for your time. I screwed this game pretty bad this timed through.
