Has anyone managed to collect 13/13 attachments in the campaign? It's the only thing holding me back from 100% completion. As far as I'm aware, I've collected all of them. I'm assuming the Hologram attachment doesn't appear in the campaign, and I can't find any weapons that list an attachment as unacquired. Here's a list of what I've got:

Reflex Sight
Assault Scope
Sniper Scope
Laser
Suppressor
Single-Shot
Extended Clip
Grenade Launcher
Gauss
Light Shotgun
Pistol Suppressor
Pistol Laser
Single-Shot

There is a hologram attachment for the gauss rifle.
