Campaign keeps crashing before Mission 14 - Terminus

Hey all. I'm absolutely gutted.

So, been off all this week and finally made the transition to Windows 7 and started the single player campaign. Really started to get into it and made good progress. Now I can't go any further and it just keeps crashing on me.

Ok, so if the title doesn't help its basically the one where it says at end of mission unlocked new music and a screen plays showing all the trains evacuating.

Then it goes into the normal loading screen and then when the bar fills it says "Crysis 2 has stopped responding" then minimizes to desktop.

I have tried loading it again, rebooting system and checked my Nvidia drviers (all up to date btw) and it does this everytime.

So, am I basically screwed? I don't want to start campaign all over again I'm like say 4 + hours into it and it just uses a checkpoint based save system so I will always come across that error where it hangs.

Is there a trainer available or like say a level select? I'm wondering if I can skip that bit as I don't want to have to start from scratch.

Any suggestions would be apprecaited.

Thanks all.

What HDD are u using?
List the spec of your system too.
Which version of Crysis 2 are u using? i.e retail cd or digital download?
Which graphic settings are u using? i.e high, very high, extreme or ultra? DX9 or DX11? High res pack on or off?
What resolution are u on?
How many Frames per second do u get.
If u don't have fraps go download the free version of it at http://www.fraps.com/download.php
Try to set all settings to the lowest possible and try again. Including resolution. Set it to 800 x 600.
