Co-Op Campaign

After seeing some of the co op footage for Far Cry 3, it's a wonder if they can make a 2-4 player co-op experience for Crysis 3. I don't mean the exact same campaign as the single player played as co-op, but seperate missions to enjoy with some friends. I don't care where you put the levels as far as time line or the characters we play as, as long as we have a nanosuit of course. It would be a really fun experience discussing tactics with team mates and following it out against Cell operatives or Ceph AI.

I'd like something along the lines of the Battlefield 3 co-op missions. They were fun, they expanded the universe, they freed the developer from plot/setting constraints... and that was DICE, who can't make a campaign to save their life. I'd love to see what Crytek can do.

I wanted this since Crysis 1, be like the Raptor team or something... I'd even prefer if they made it not stick to the storyline, that's what's ruined things like Mass Effect 3, and soon to be Halo 4. When they try to stick to the storyline, it adds unnecessary restraints to the multiplayer aspects.
Example: in ME3 they try to make it fit to the story, where you're keeping zones that Sheppard secured, but then that makes it so they can't add Collectors because they're all dead, but having Collectors would add more variety to the multiplayer missions. In fact, if they did away with trying to match story, they could have 7 total enemy types- Cerberus, Geth, Reapers, Collectors, Eclipse Mercs (techies, mechs, heavy mechs, sentinels), Blue Suns Mercs (biotics, vanguards, shotguns), and Blood Pack mercs (Krogan, vorcha troops, vorcha pyros, vorcha rocket troops).
Example: in the Halo 4, they think they're make multiplayer a "Spartan training holodeck." 1) That's retarded, but that's opinion, and 2) it means you can't have Elites in multiplayer, which isn't opinion. Why put that restriction on yourself?

But I do want co-op in Crysis 3

How great would it be if they made Co-Op back on Lingshan and you played as a few nobodies from Raptor team, or make it up that they had a 2nd team and they eventually all died or whatever, the point is the story can be loose when making a co-op mode. Go all out. Look at Call of Duty Black Ops, Zombies doesn't fit anywhere in the story line but it's been incredibly successful for them.

It's successful BECAUSE it has nothing to do with the story, so they weren't restrained by having to make it make sense. And Nazi Zombies actually originated in World at War, just sayin.

I just played Spinter Cell: Conviction's Co-op. Damn fun and much better than the single player game.

Crysis 3 Co-op would crazy fun if done right. They could even make it something like Psycho and some else breaking out Prophet(Alcatraz) out of jail. A lot of option and could be very fun/unique. Like double stealth take downs or one person keeping a all of the enemies busy while you flank and do the objective.
