Also because if they're off hiding in some corner somewhere the other team will just take the objective and move on. Hooray for Brink not being TDM.

caming or defending it doesn't matter if you are a lot more likely to to die standing still then moving around

you might as well call them a noob because camping/defending won't work at all unless you have like a really good hiding spot and even then the radar will pick you up

Well, it can't. Camping only works for weapons that kill very quickly. There are non of those. Also, there can be no quickscoping, and there's no excuse for using glitches because there should be 0 exploitable glitches. It's been delayed for over a year now, there's no excuse for any glitches being in the game.
Given these things, It should be very well balanced.

Shotgun 2-3 shots for a kill. Not hard to camp with.

Shotguns are only really effective in close quarter combat... not exactly the MO of a typical camper.

^Exactly, but they can still camp and support team by killing off enemy that try to go to objective or protect teammate going for objective.

I don't think people will camp because you'll get more kills/points from not camping. You don't die super fast, so people won't have to hide. I honestly don't think people will. Maybe at first, but not for very long after they start playing.

It's all about incentive. If there's no reward for doing it, then there isn't any point. And if you're playing online and your habits become a detriment to your team, you're going to be kicked.
