Anyways my build is
CPU: i5 2500k
GPU: Radeon 7870
Motherboard: Asrock Z77 pro3
RAM: G.skill Ripjaws 1600mhz 2x2 GB, so 4 GB ram.

I had to skimp on the ram because i was running out of du cash munayy
I know I can run the default game no probs, but I want to run lots of mods, mainly NMC Texture pack, Nevada SKies, Weapon retexture packs.
Idk if i can because i think that RAM will be an issue and i only have 4gb...idk if thats enough. If I run the mods listed and then some will i get oveer 50 fps?

Your VRAM matters more for those types of mods, 4GB should be good seeing how the game can only use 2 anyway unless you use the 4GB mod. Just be sure to close any background processes you don't need just to be sure they don't cut into the games performance.

Whats VRAM? Noob question but Im new to computers and the build listed above only got completed yesterday lol... and it was my first also .

VRAM is the memory on your graphics card. A quick google search shows the 7870 has 2GB so you should be good to go for large textures and stuff.
