This is the 3rd time this has happened, while Crysis 2 is running, the computer crashes. When I try to start back where I was, my entire profile is gone, along with all saves. I can find the save files, why can't Crysis 2 detect them? Is there any way to regain access to them, because as has been said many times before, the first half of the game is boring, and I was about to meet up with the marines (that's when the game gets fun), and since I can't play multiplayer because I get login errors even though I have an account and a serial # that is accepted, I'd like to play the fun single player missions until Crytek decides that I've spent enough money to play online.

my save games are gone too. i dident even reboot or shutdown my system... is there a fix?
