I am trying to purchase the new DLC pack. When trying to add my Payment method the site tells me

'You need to log in to view this page.

Please use the “Sign In” button on the top right corner to log in.'

I am signed in and I can't progress farther than this page. I tried making a new account and I get the same problem. What am I doing wrong? Why can't I add my information? PLEASE HELP!

tried again today, still can't add my information to purchase the game. Does anyone know customer support email I can contact to work this out I can't seem to find one on the site.

Ok I tryed to call EA and it was no good how do we talk to crytek where are you crytek we need you !!!
gamesas is not good for my card information has been added how do you add the DLC nOW DAMit Crysis 2 - Retaliation DLC Pack is not working are you just messing with us?

I tried calling EA today too, after being on hold for 15 minutes or so I finally got to talk to a representative. Then the call dropped. Maybe I can try again tomorrow but this is so frustration. I just want to give them my money for their product... is that to much to ask?

is this just a pc problem or something? Has anyone bought and been able to play the DLC? The servers I have played on so far do not have them in their rotation these levels are delayed for PC or something...

Checked again today, still can't add credit card info. Is there an admin that can please comment on this post to let the community know what is wrong or if this is issue is being addressed.

Hey Guys, I FOUND THE PROBLEM!
For me the Problem was that in my IE9 Settings i've blocked third party cookies, after i changed the setting to "accept" third party cookies i had no problems to add the Credit Card informations.
Try it out, i think thats it!

ive tried every browser on both windows and linux on various machines and this has nothing to do with browsers settings it is 100% a site problem as my friend managed to add a card to his account so i tried on the same pc and i got the same "sign in error" that i always get - i sent a message asking about the problem but have had ZERO response - its getting to the point now that im not so bothered about buying the dlc, another happy customer crytek/ea, this is definitely the best exercise in loosing customers ive ever witnessed

Log into gamesas.com normally like you would for the forums, in the top right corner there is a link "Edit Profile", click on this and there is another link on that page for adding a credit card. I had same issue when trying to add card, the game would dump me into a page with info for that but kept telling me to log in, but wouldnt let me log in. Once i opened a seperate window and logged in, i found the add credit card option under edit profile. Hope this helps, i finally got the damn site to accept my credit card, but when i go to by the game i get stuck at Finalizing Order screen forever, order never goes through, i am not charged and i cannot download the DLC

i tink they sould ad paypal or wallie cards that would be alot easyer

i dont think you understand the problem were having - i am signed in to my account the same as for the forum and i get to the add card page as u say but when it takes me to the add card page it suddenly thinks im no longer logged in and tells me to login, its like your trapped in a loop that wont allow you to add a card.
This is an account problem people are having.....it needs fixing by the people who run this site and nothing we can do can make the add card work

still no response to this problem? even a response to say we know about the problem and are working on it??
im now in a position where ill be playing with friends and then the server will start a new map and ill be unable to play - ridiculous!

this is definitely linked to the same problem i had with getting my LE code to work with my account (which i never got working) - i really dont want to make a new account and loose my rank/weapons etc. and surely i shouldn't have to

Found solution for that, it web issue, if you want to get it working do like that:

After you login, type in the browser:

https://secure.gamesas.com/store

to go to the store or

https://secure.gamesas.com/addcard

to add credit card

you will see im logged in and on the correct page but it still thinks i need to sign in, this isnt some easy fix and isnt caused by ignorance or lack of pc knowledge
