It would be more helpful to have exact specifications, some of those don't even mention if they have a graphics card or not and those that do are extremely vague.

Thats all the flyer lists. The 949 dollar computer in the second picture is a "gaming" computer so that should be able to do it right?

Video card specs would be good, but I maxed Oblivion on a 4 year old PC with 2 gigs of ram and a single core 3500 with a $30 Ati Radeon 4550. You should be good.

What about the first 799 computer in the 1st pic? I thinking since my computer can pretty much run Oblivion decently on medium, this computer should at least be able to run it on high.

Honestly, I would recommend just building a gaming computer. It saves money, you will understand your computer more.

all games will be gpu intensive from now on,so make sure you buy the best graphics card in your price range.

pics tell me you can buy a mid to top range computer, if you do a self build.

If you are serious about a new build im sure i can help.

dont buy i3 or 5 ,,,,,,,,,,,,,it will be outdated in a few months

sandybridge will be out soon.

wait until then.

This is that PC:
http://www.rgbfilter.com/?p=11598

That price and all you get is a Radeon 5570? Sure, it'll probably run the game well....but this PC is overpriced. I wouldn't bother.

What about the first 799 computer in the 1st pic? I thinking since my computer can pretty much run Oblivion decently on medium, this computer should at least be able to run it on high.

That is this one:

Same video card. Not as badly priced, but overpriced too nonetheless.

This is what you could get with your budget:

i don't have facebook. i don't care about pc gaming, i just want to play my oblivion, fallout, and sims 3 on high settings. i'm a console gamer mainly so i do not care if my pc can't run newer games. i will get it on my ps3 which i know can run the game on high settings.

I have a PS3 and both games on PS3. I bought them used on PC for 5 dollars each and I want to see my favorite game with the best graphics possible. I also need a new computer and I don't want to pay 400-500 for a piece of [censored] when I can get a better computer for not much more.

Eh, my fault...people are posting too fast here that I'm not getting the posts in between. Apologies for the misinterpretation...will remove that post.

Now that explains a lot. Just noticed the Canada tags in your profile...bah. Prices are a bit higher there. Still though, those previous PCs are still overpriced. Take a look:
