I can't remember where I saw the claim, but it wasn't here. Supposedly, this one guy bred his level 50 max SPECIAL dweller with others, and resulted in a 13% chance to have a child with rare stats (28 points in SPECIAL) and a 13% chance for a child with legendary stats (40 points in SPECIAL)


I have bred my lvl 50 with his standard 40 points and not 1 child from about 40 was anything above the standard 12 points.

Actually, its ~13,3% for a rare (28 stat child), and about ~6,6% for a legendary (40 stat child)
