I'm trying to use Personality Idles the updated version so that my NPC's show animations when in dialogue but it doesn't seem to be having any effect. I'm using Wrye Bash but it's still not working. Any ideas? The thing is it was working fine but then I reinstalled my Oblivion and now it won't work.

What version are you using exactly? Is this on a new-game?

I'm using it in my existing Oblivion game (latest patch including Shivering Isles) and I had got it working but I recently reinstalled my Oblivion and now even though I've reinstalled using OBMM and have updated my Wrye Bash patch it doesn't seem to be doing anything.

I'm thinking maybe I'll just try to install the original Personality Idles first and see what how that goes at least, then I'll try to reinstall this modified one.
