Can anyone maintain 60fps minimum 100% of the time?

Seems to me after reading around, even the powerful GTX 690 has trouble maintaining 60fps 100% of the time.

Afraid not with sli 680's but I am running at 1440. As the game progresses it gets a little easier to run though. Since after the dam level Ive been at 60fps much of the time where some parts of the first level were like a slide show, this is due to an SLI bug I think as the slideshow does not happen to single gpu owners as much.

I jump around using three GTX 680 4G edition GPUs in 3-WAY SLI. I have hit points as low as 48FPS and as high as 200FPS, but in 3D I pretty much stay at a solid 60FPS. I would assume because it is sync'ing with the 144Hz monitor I am using and dropping it to a 60Hz per eye and running at 120Hz in 3D. I have everything maxed out except for 16XMSAA, I had to drop it to 8XMSAA to get 3D working, when it was at 16X MSAA 3D refused to work. Otherwise everything is maxed out and at 1920x1080.

I am able to maintain 60 - 70 FPS a good 95% of the time. I have most of the settings on Very High but I have AA down to 2x and no vsync. I am running on a GTX 670 with 2Gb of VRAM. Make sure your drivers are updated. I know this seems like a no-brainer but it does help a lot. I'm on version 314.07 WHQL of NVIDIA's drivers.
