Playing on console, so can't use console commands (isn't that ironic?) to spawn one.

I'm hoping to use it to roughly measure the dimensions of the pipe sniper rifle, so that the prop I'm building can be accurate.

There is always one in the very back room of the Super Duper Mart in Lexington. Its on top of the workbench with the dead ghoul on it by the stairs going down.
