I named my character Ana and it was still spoken by the robot, so different spellings do work.

Audio editing magic. take different syllables from different files and combine them into a new name or word.

I know what your thinking and it's possible the inflection will sound odd but i think it's possible to make some very good ones keeping the syllables in thier original position. plus some will be very easy and will sound original when combining 2 names into one like Mary Ann or Bobbie Joe, etc.
