Sorry you're having those problems. Every game is going to have issues. There's no way around it. I play on PS3 so I can't comment on issues with the PC. Fortuinately for me, my game disc has been very good to me. The positives will always outweigh the negatives in my opinion.
I'm sure other PC users will chime in.

For pc players, there are SO MANY mods for this. But yeah,it does kind of svck. But when you have a HUGE world like this, with this much programming, a billion different things can go wrong.I don't know if you know coding, but it's harder than most people realize. Bugs are inevitable.
Hmmmm 264 posts in and you're just now asking about it? Fine.
Ehem......welcome to the boards. Please have a fishy stick

I don't think I ever got a fishy stick either Or, even worse, perhaps I was given one and DIDN'T REALISE AND SAY THANK YOU?!
From what I've read and heard that seems to be the general consensus. Skyrim is however my first Beth game, the only Beth game I've played so I really cant comment on that.
Welcome to the boards, have a fishy stick on me!

OK, enough of that. Let's get back on topic.
Bugs in an Elder Scrolls game?
I don't believe you.
joking...
At least in my experience, bugs have been more like a minor inconvenience that shows up from time to time than anything that makes the game unplayable.
Bugs are part of TES, just as much as my beard is a part of me. We couldn't live without them.. as much as we'd like to say otherwise.
It's better then Fallout 3 in terms of a technical state, although I do agree that Skyrim does still have a lot of issues that haven't been fixed by patches.
