Can I bezerk someone so i can kill them without penalty?

On some DB missions i bezerked the target and then killed them (with the help of the guards) with no penalty. One will that be fixed. Two will people stay mad at eachother after bezerk has worn off?

If you are referring to the "Frenzy" spell I think casting it on someone was always viewed as an "attack."
(Not sure though, I only used it once.)

You mean frenzy? If they attack you first (frenzied or not), you should be let off

?

He means that if you cast frenzy on a friendly npc you can kill them without getting in trouble, and having to pay a fine.

Also I don't know OP. It depends really. If your discreat about it, and no one see's you cast berserk on the poor guy, then you shouldn't get caught.
But if your obvious about it(its a pretty obvious looking spell anyway.), then I think they should notice.

I thought you had to do things undetected to get the bonuses.. Someone being hostile towards you means you have been detected. It's kinda like when people say "I don't care who started the fight" because that isn't the issue.
