I was wondering if it was possible to come into possesstion of both player homes by way of Console Commands. I like the Tenpenny Suite, but I really don't want to blow up an entire town for it.

You could use the "unlock" command plus the form id of the door.

You can use a mod that let's one the clerks in Tempenny tower sell it to you, or one mod that has a garden gnome that has the key inside of it.
