I've started a new game with much the same mods as the last time. I've updated the ones that have come with new versions since the last time, i.e. the unofficial patches and some other ones. Anyway, when buying furnishings for Breezehome, the option to buy Bedroom furnishings isn't there. I've never had this issue before. Anyone who has an idea what to even look for to track down what might be causing it? Also, is there a way to add it via the console if I can't track down the cause of it?

EDIT: Nevermind, it seems to be glitchy when he's on the porch - it worked fine when he was inside Dragonsreach.
