can i buy elven armor if so where can i buy it??
i found elven curess, gauntlets and boots in a mission and i want elven greaves and shield and helmet and so far every shop i visited has no elven armor.
to let you know i have a lvl 9 khajiit knight and im playing oblivion game of the year edition for xbox 360

Yes, you can buy it at some point. Probably after you level a bit though.

According to this link, it says Elven shows up at 15, so it's strange that you're finding it at 9... Anyway, the best defence is probably your best bet.
