I've been looking all around in Bliss and Crucible but i can't seem to find anyone who sells health potions, and i reaaaaaally need them. Are there any or none at all?

Haven′t been there in years, but if you can′t find them in New Sheoth then I guess there are none to buy. It′s possible you can find some in various loot.
