Yes I saw with ea support but they told me that they don't have the right to go in gamesas profile. I send a mail to gamesas support yesterday, but they don't answer me ...

go into game and click multiplayer > in menu click download content > click ￡ $ or euro and buy it there.it will take you to the website to enter your card details.
